After getting my degree in Psychology back in 2004 I’d been searching for the best way to use what I had learned and came across hypnotherapy by complete accident (or was it fate?)

I studied cognitive hypnotherapy with the Quest Institute at Regent’s College where I met my partner Kelly; who not only became a lifelong friend but my own personal hypnotherapist. Whether we had structured sessions or chatted over tea and biscuits, she and I have used NLP and hypnotherapy to help me change how I see the world.

We all have issues, some bigger than others, and hypnotherapy has helped me see the world as a great big playground full of possibilities. This is what I’d really like to help you achieve as well.

Since I got my diploma in hypnotherapy, my life has changed significantly. Learning about self empowerment was the most important part of it.

I was able to have two home births with no need for pain relief, and that is just one of the many great things that came from hypnosis/EFT. That's is exactly what I would like to help others to achieve, self empowerment. So you can be able to deal with the challenges of modern life.

I'm passionate about the power that we have within and we not necessarily realise and rely on. For me this is the next step of evolution, the release of stress and optimum utilization of our brains
